This is how you get the English energy app

  1. Download the app in the Apple Store or Play Store and log in.

  2. In the bottom navigation, choose 'Direct regelen' or 'Service' at the bottom right.

  3. Scroll down and select 'Instellingen'.

  4. Select 'Taal - language' and change the language.

App for expats and people who do not speak Dutch

In the Vattenfall Energy app you can handle all your energy matters in English. Because we like to make energy accessible to everyone, including expats and people who do not speak Dutch.

Some parts remain Dutch

Currently, the app is partially translated into English. However, offers, legal documents and privacy statements are still in Dutch. Of course, we continue to work on improvements. So that you have the best experience.

How to log in the app?
  1. Download the app on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Log in the app with your Mijn Vattenfall account.
  3. Confirm your account via email and get started.
  4. Now you can open the app with your personal code or finger print.
Do I need to pay to use the app?

No, you do not need to pay. Our app is free of use, but only available for our customers.
Is everything in the app translated to English?

No, the app is currently only partially translated. We are actively working on improvements.

Some elements will remain in Dutch, like commercial offers, legal documents, terms and conditions and our privacy statement. All original Dutch copy and the aforementioned documents are legally binding and take precedence over any information provided in English.
Does the app function on all smartphones and tablets?

The app is only available on Android en iOS devices. We have a minimum version, to keep the app functioning well. These version numbers are iOS 13 and Android 5.1.
